You'll tell us what you are doing now to manage your listings, so we can take those tasks off your plate. Your sellers will also benefit from our close attention to detail and frequent communication keeping them updated with progress. Your listings can stay in your current platform, or we can provide a platform if you don't have one in place.

Fee Structure
We'd prefer to work out a customized fee based on your choice of tasks to be accomplished for each listing. There is a wide variety in the amount of time spent per listing for each of our clients, and we'd like to give you the best price possible based on your choices. Our fee structure includes a per-listing set up fee, invoiced after the initial set up of each new listing. The set up fee is followed by a small monthly maintenance fee for each listing (prorated if the lead expires or goes under contract prior to the end of that month).
