Special Packages, Rates, and Agreements

"Cindi is a true gift of business productivity for creative entrepreneurs. In the technology arena, she is highly skilled and then goes beyond the average virtual assistant - to a virtual business partner. She thinks and understands and then applies the technology.

In the creative part...Cindi is capable of running strong and bridging the gap between the vision and the physical reality. She is like a translator.  She can assess the situation usefully.  She listens and then gets in with you with the hammer and nails to build the actual bridge...so she does what she is talking about.

It is a wonderful, emotionally fulfilling and productive relationship that gets real results."

  • Simple admin work: $25
  • Writing and editing: $35
  • Brainstorming, consulting, coaching: $45

Retainer Rate – You may choose to pay a retainer rate to assure our availability for ongoing work. The rate is based on the type of work done (and that normal hourly rate), with the following discounts:

  • 10 hours per week: 10%
  • 20 hours per week: 20%
  • 30 hours per week: 30%
Partnering – We always do everything we can to create a feeling of partnership with our clients.  We often ‘walk our talk’ by agreeing to a fee based on percentage of results.  If this is of interest to you, please talk to us!

and Such

It’s important for the kind of working relationship we create that we are a good fit.  You should have a list of the attributes that are important to you.  The things we look for in a client are:
  • You are excited and passionate about your life and your work
  • You believe work can be (and is) fun
  • You appreciate people who work with energy and enthusiasm
  • You have a product or service that inspires our enthusiasm
  • You want a collaborator, not an employee
  • You may not know about computers, but you understand the value as a tool
  • You agree to check email daily (knowing we’ll also use the phone when needed)
  • You follow through on commitments
  • You can make decisions without second-guessing, but change as circumstances require

If we decide to work together, and if the project merits, we’ll ask you to participate in the process of drafting an Agreement (otherwise known as a contract).  We use the process and models in Stewart Levine’s “The Book of Agreement” to create an agreement for results as opposed to an agreement for protection.  This process is collaborative, need not be time-consuming, and creates an atmosphere of trust and partnership for us both.  If you’d like more information about this process, please ask!
