Clients who are overwhelmed by the details of their business love the fact that Cindi is organizationally obsessed! They rave about the relief they feel working with her - and their renewed focus on the core of their own business.

Cindi's love of process and organization first showed up as a child playing 'office' and organizing her closets. She grew up to be a person who still prefers her spices alphabetized - but not for the sake of organization. She understands that every moment saved because you aren't having to search for something is a moment that can be spent doing something you love!

For more than 40 years, Cindi put her innate skills to work as executive secretary, office manager, tech consultant, and small business owner.

She has experience with legal document preparation, small business management and marketing, and tech consulting (database design, automated forms, templates, desktop publishing, and training). Working in fields as diverse as residential real estate, computer consulting, and nonprofit theatre have created a rich depth of knowledge and experience.

Her attention to detail was especially useful in her Real Estate Transaction Coordination practice. In 5 years, that business grew to a 3-person team serving 18 clients in 15 states, and closed more than 600 transactions totaling over $123.5 million in gross property sales.

An innate talent for seeing patterns in words, data, work flow, behaviors, and processes lets Cindi quickly assess and help people find the right tools and organizational systems to create the time and freedom for both successful work and play.

In her time away from work, Cindi enjoys spending time with her two grown children and many close friends enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest, meeting new people, and developing a new-found interest in travel. She also works with various local community organizations.
