Thank you for your excellent contract work on the Huxley Horizon Alumni Newsletter. This 36-page document is testimony not only to your diligence and skill in its development but in seeing it through to completion in a timely manner.

The “look” and design of the newsletter is excellent. It is pleasing to the eye, easy to follow and well written. Your adherence to detail, style, layout, color and content all contribute to a well planned and well organized document. Your abilities are also reflected in selection of the right combination of pictures, text, diversity of stories, student activities and faculty and staff information.

Your handling of technical difficulties with compatible software is further testimony to your skills and abilities. Completing this large document in a short turn-around time was also due to your organizational and communication skills and dedication to task.

Thank you for your excellent contribution to Huxley.

Kulshan Group was formed in the fall of 2003, as the next step in the development of a business spanning more than 20 years. Prior to 2003, as an independent business owner, Cindi Pree assisted small businesses in many industries.  Prior to launching Kulshan Group, she was co-owner of a $100,000 per year computer consulting business, in charge of marketing activities, writing custom software, and creating and teaching seminars on the use of personal computers.

In the fall of 2003, Cindi decided to use her experience as a loan secretary and title company escrow officer to focus exclusively on a Real Estate Transaction Coordination practice.  By August 2008, Kulshan Group had grown to a 3-person team serving 18 clients in 15 states, and had closed more than 600 transactions totaling over $123.5 million in gross property sales.

Cindi then ‘retired’ from the intensely-detailed transaction coordination business to do what she realized she truly loved most about being in business – the core strategies and details of growing and nurturing business – of any kind.  Cindi again works as a solopreneur, but continues to collaborate with a large network of professionals across the country.

Cindi's professional passion is two-fold:
The business of doing business, and helping others focus their energies to create the business of their vision.

An innate talent for seeing patterns in words, data, work flow, behaviors, and processes lets Cindi quickly assess the best way to maximize your business and generate alternative plans to put into action for you.

Cindi has more than 35 years experience as executive secretary, office manager, tech consultant, and small business owner. In addition to real estate, Cindi has experience with legal document preparation, small business management and marketing, and tech consulting (database design, automated forms, templates, desktop publishing, and training).

In her time away from work, Cindi enjoys spending time with her two grown children and many close friends enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest, meeting new people, and developing a new-found interest in travel. She also works with various local community organizations. She currently works with Mount Baker Theatre in Bellingham as a volunteer usher, and writing articles for use in playbills.
